Is your computer, phone, tablet, or console in need of repair? Don't hesitate to bring it in. Unsure whether it's more cost-effective to repair or replace your device? We're here to help with that decision. In addition to repair services, we offer a selection of new and refurbished Windows and Apple devices, including desktops and laptops. If bringing your device to us isn't feasible, simply schedule an on-site service right here on our website.

Repair Process

When you bring in your device, we’ll have a detailed discussion about the issues you’re experiencing. We allocate the first 10-15 minutes to assess whether we can resolve the problem quickly or if it requires more thorough attention. If we can fix it on the spot, a quick fix charge of $29.99 or $49.99 will apply, depending on the complexity and duration of the repair.

Should your device need more in-depth work, we’ll check it in and provide a diagnostic quote, typically starting at $74.99, along with an estimated 72-hour turnaround time. Please note that additional costs or varying timeframes may apply for specific hardware repairs or other services.
