Get Splashtop
Splashtop is a program that allows us to remotely access your device. This is helpful for when there may be a quick fix to a solution that doesn’t require an on-site appointment.
To get started, download Splashtop using the button below. Once it’s finished downloading, you can open it through your browser, or file explorer.
After opening the file, you’ll need to launch the actual application. Once you have started the executable file, depending on your security settings, it may ask for permission to launch. Click yes and Splashtop will open. You’ll see a randomly generated code. Relay that code to the technician assisting you and we’ll take it from there!
